1. Eligibility & Age (18+)
Dinnect is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Every user must confirm during registration that they are at least 18 years old, and by creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 18+. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are terminated immediately. Responsibility for providing accurate age and identity information rests entirely with the user.
2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation
Dinnect strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking and any sexualization of minors — including computer- or AI-generated such material. This conduct is illegal and has no place on Dinnect.
3. User Responsibility
Dinnect is a platform that hosts user-generated content and facilitates connections between adult users. Users are solely and fully responsible for their own content, conduct, communications and real-world interactions. Dinnect does not create user content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dinnect is not liable for the acts, omissions, content or conduct of its users, and does not warrant that it can detect or prevent every violation.
4. Reporting
Any user can report child safety concerns directly within the app using the in-app report and block tools available on profiles, posts and messages. Concerns can also be sent to safety@dinnect.com. We review reports and act on them in accordance with these standards.
5. Our Response & Enforcement
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or other child sexual abuse and exploitation, Dinnect takes appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law. This may include removing the content, permanently terminating the responsible account(s), preserving relevant information, and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or competent law-enforcement authorities as required by law.

Dinnect is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions where it operates and to cooperating with lawful requests from competent authorities.
